Fondo Cambiante

It started as a comic store, then step by step I changed until been some freaky kids room.
I got to add some stuff, but the background is finished.
When I have the version with the character I'll posted down below.
Hope you guys dig!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New York Crimes Backgrounds

Here I post some of many many backgrounds I did for Pendulo Studio's video game this year, called New york Crimes (yesterday in spanish).

Line by Ximo Ferrer.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Color key

Colour exercise.
I used two pictures in B\W from a girl, then using only colour I painted as it is.
I'm pretty happy about the result, sometimes isn't necessary to go farther on a illustration.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yesterday

After so many months absent working on a project, I can finally say that I was working in Pendulo Studios  new graphic adventure, Yesterday.

It's been a really hard work, were I learned so much working as a colour artist for them.

The game looks awesome, here I post one of the few pictures I;m allowed to show you guys.

I'll post more soon!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Personajes

In my free time I'm still thinking the history and characters of this project I have in mind.
I'm not sure about what kind of style I would like to follow...I'll post new test I made.
Lets see what you guys think about them!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ejercicio color composicion

Color exercise, based on picture.
1 hour

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 hora.

Speedpainting

I did this Exercise in class today.
In one hour we had to paint a movie scene, with photographic references.
I think I ended up doing more time than I should but was worth it...
It's not much but I can't post anything else I'm working on right now, I guess I'ts some excuse to have people here!
By the way, it's done without zooming and using 100% opacity brushes!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Random

Bored in class....

---------------------------------------

Aburrido en clase...

Pin up?

------------------------------------------------------------------

I dont know if that could fit in the Pin up category. The truth is that all my class is making pin ups for some contest, exercice or something. So, I think im gonna leave it like it is and keep going with something else.
I hope you guys enjoy it!

El motin de los monos piratas!

Just a class exercise that I did for fun, done for the 2011 calendar of my school. Finally got included with another 3 more background I did before.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ejercicio clase

Another class exercise. This one was about taking a friend picture done in photobooth and painting in another window the closest version of it, just using 100% brush opacity and the most basic brush in PS.
Not zooming either! lol
The cowboy it's my teacher but no, the cowboy hat and the moustache was just an add! haha

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bridge

Another cartoon Drawing done just for fun.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

xao

Ejercicios de 4

After been in the United States for some months I started working on fun backgrounds!
I just love to start a drawing without knowing were that could lead me....

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some new Stuff

Maybe they are not finished like I'm used to, but...I think this time its going to be enough haha, I guess you dont allways need to bring everything to the 100% to be posted. Some of them can just be a rough idea of what you want to show.
Hope you enjoy this ones!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Class Exercice

Another class exercice, this time trying to get use to shapes and 3d look.
Hope you like it!
